Dr. Trenton Neal
Dr. Trenton Neal grew up surrounded by animals on his family ranch in a small town in southeastern Idaho. He knew from a young age that he would make a good veterinarian. He went to college at Idaho State University and attended veterinary school at Washington State University, where he graduated with high honors in 2003.
Dr. Neal worked for several years as a mixed animal veterinarian in rural Northern Utah before joining the staff at Cottonwood Animal Hospital and The Pet ER. His rural experiences in animal medicine have helped to make him uniquely prepared and capable of handling emergencies of all kinds.
Dr. Neal takes seriously his obligation to stay current with all aspects of veterinary medicine. He enjoys attending professional meetings and lectures and learning from experts in each field. Aside from being knowledgeable, Dr. Neal is known by coworkers and clients as a soft-spoken and gentle doctor with a surprisingly sharp wit. He is caring, compassionate, and kind to his patients and their owners.
Dr. Neal loves to spend time with his wife, twin toddlers, and two Boston Terrier pups named Abbey and Olive. Outside of work, Dr. Neal enjoys golfing, reading, skiing, being outdoors, and watching reality TV.
